For parents who want to understand when to clap for a point!

Most parents have been there:

You are cheering on your own child in an elimination fight and want to be there for your child who puts so much energy in this complicated combat sport.

You shout and applaude for your son or daughters’ red or green light only to receive a dissapointed look by your beloved young athlete together with a reply like: “that was not my right of way Mum, Dad!!”

following link is a blog made by Alex Lim to help parents and everybody who is interested in fencing to understand what is happening and how things like right of way work.
